How to Use the AI Assistant

The PollenOps AI assistant is available on every page via the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. You can also open it with Cmd+J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows).

  • Explain any tool or feature on the platform
  • Answer commercial beekeeping questions
  • Interpret calculator results and recommend next steps
  • Provide guidance on mite management, queen rearing, and migration logistics

  • Be specific about your situation (colony count, region, time of year)
  • Mention the tool you are using if your question is about a specific calculation
  • Ask follow-up questions — the AI remembers your conversation within the session

    • Important: The AI provides general guidance only. Always verify colony assessments with in-hive inspections and consult your state apiarist for region-specific advice.
