High-capacity hive top feeder that sits on the top box of a hive, enclosed by an empty super with the inner cover removed. Holds 1 to 1.5 gallons of syrup per fill, significantly more than entrance feeders. Bees access syrup through screened slots from below without drowning. Used by commercial beekeepers for fall syrup feeding programs where rapid delivery of high volumes of syrup is needed to build winter stores.
