Overview

Bottom board mounted pollen trap for collecting pollen pellets from returning forager bees. Used by commercial honey and pollen production operations to capture a percentage of incoming pollen loads. Pollen is a high-value product sold fresh, frozen, or dried to health food retailers and supplement manufacturers. The bottom board pollen trap installs without tools in a standard 10-frame Langstroth setup. Pollen is collected in a removable drawer that can be harvested daily to prevent spoilage.
